A new face, A new start. Una nueva cara, Un nuevo comienzo.
When I started writing this blog, almost 6 months ago, I wanted to share my experiences in India with the ones that stayed behind. Now I want to share my experiences in photography, with whoever wants to read them, comment on them, discuss about them and give positive criticisms.
So, let’s start all over again.
And this time I will do it by keeping my promises.
In India, I spent a few afternoons photographing the kitchen at the hotel I lived for 2 months. I didn’t know if it was a good idea, so I sent out A question for my friends. I just wanted to know if they would be interested on looking at a kitchen where the “sanitary regulations” are not the same as my “obsessed with public health” country.
I had a good response, the ones that replied didn’t know if they wanted to see it, but where willing to try. But I failed them, I never posted the essay.
Well, here it is!

Cuando inicié este blog, hace ya 6 meses, quería simplemente compartir mis experiencias en India con aquellos que se quedaron atrás. Ahora quiero compartir mis experiencias en fotografía con todos aquellos que quieran leer sobre ellas, comentar, discutir y hacer críticas positivas.
Así que, empecemos de nuevo.
Y esta vez, lo haré cumpliendo mis promesas.
En India pasé unas cuantas tardes fotografiando la cocina del hotel donde viví por 2 meses. No sabía si era una buena idea, así que lancé una Pregunta para mis amig@s. Yo sólo quería saber si estarían interesados en ver una cocina donde las “regulaciones sanitarias” no eran las mismas de mi país “obsesionado con la salud pública”.
Hubo buena respuesta, aquellos que comentaron no estaban seguros de querer ver, pero estaban dispuestos a intentarlo. Pero yo les fallé, nunca publiqué el ensayo.
Bueno, aquí está!

Ante el dilema de comer semejantes cosas en la noche, a veces la respuesta era siempre la misma: “Oh well….screw it..”
Hasta ahora que se sepa nadie se ha muerto por comer eso.
